Instructions for oral presentations

The time of an oral presentation is 30 minutes + 5 minutes for a discussion. A Windows notebook for presentations will be provided by the organizers. You may use your own computer instead. It is advised to copy your presentation files (e.g. *.pdf, *.pptx) during the coffee break prior to the session. Please, design your slides in widescreen (16:9) format.

Instructions for poster presentations

Posters will be presented during the Symposium Welcome Reception at the lobby of the IPPT Building on Monday, June 6. The poster size should not exceed 96 cm height and 68 cm width. Each poster board will be labeled with the author's name. Posters should be displayed on the day of presentation (preferably before 11:00 a.m.) and will be displayed until Thursday afternoon.
